TL;DR

Strategic Partnerships Lead (SaaS): Scaling the commercial impact of the partner ecosystem through structured programs, reseller motions, and co-sell initiatives with an accent on driving measurable ARR growth. Focus on identifying and activating high-value app and service partners while collaborating cross-functionally to refine the GTM strategy.

Location: Must be based in or able to commute to Munich or Berlin (hybrid: 2-3 days in office every 2 weeks)

What you will do

  • Own the commercial impact of the partner ecosystem, including sourced pipeline and ARR.
  • Identify, recruit, and manage high-value app, reseller, OEM, and implementation partners.
  • Develop and execute a structured partner program covering onboarding, enablement, and performance.
  • Drive partner-led expansion and co-sell initiatives to open new markets and scale acquisition.
  • Surface partner insights to influence product roadmap and cross-functional GTM alignment.
  • Collaborate with the App Success team to ensure commercial initiatives drive adoption and customer value.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in SaaS partnerships, ecosystems, or business development.
  • Proven track record in pipeline generation, partner-sourced revenue, and GTM execution.
  • Experience working with app marketplaces, resellers, OEMs, or implementation partner models.
  • Ability to bring structure to complex environments and operate with a commercial-first mindset.
  • Technical affinity and confidence working with API-first or AI-first products.
  • Must be based in Munich or Berlin, or be willing to travel to the office periodically.

Nice to have

  • Experience in hospitality or travel tech sectors.
  • Previous experience building partner programs, ecosystems, or marketplaces from scratch.
