Senior Business Development Representative (SaaS): Driving strategies to engage multinational enterprises and grow the market in Greenfield territories with an accent on pipeline strategy, C-suite engagement, and value selling. Focus on identifying target industries, developing business proposals for mid-sized enterprises, and leveraging agentic AI to optimize pricing software adoption.

Location: Remote (Germany) - Applicants must have permission to live and work in Germany

Salary: EUR 50,000 - 55,000 per year (plus 30% target variable pay)

What you will do

  • Architect and lead actionable strategies to engage and secure multinational enterprise customers.
  • Identify and research potential clients within target industries to build a robust pipeline.
  • Develop and execute territory plans to acquire new business using value selling methods.
  • Engage C-Suite Executives to present the value of pricing solutions.
  • Create business proposals to achieve growth and revenue milestones for mid-sized enterprises.
  • Collaborate with the team to share best practices and drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Valid work permit for Germany (no visa sponsorship provided).
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in business development, inside sales, or account management in the SaaS industry.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce, Apollo/Clay, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Fundamental understanding of pricing software and agentic AI.
  • CV must be submitted in English.

Nice to have

  • 3+ years of Sales/BD experience with a proven track record of hitting KPIs.
  • Deep understanding of customer journeys, personas, and brand voice.
  • Background in price management and optimization.
  • Advanced knowledge of agentic AI.
  • Fluency in French.
