What you will do
- Own the global partner strategy and execution plan to drive pipeline and revenue growth across AMER, EMEA, and APAC.
- Define and evolve the global partner program, including tiering, incentives, and enablement frameworks that scale across markets.
- Achieve partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline and revenue targets globally; build joint business plans with top partners.
- Recruit and enable high-value solution, agency, and system integrator partners; build a global partner enablement curriculum.
- Lead and develop a globally distributed team of Partner Managers and regional partner leads across time zones.
- Build executive-level relationships with partner leadership and serve as the primary escalation point for partner-related matters.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in partner management, channel sales, or alliances in a high-growth B2B SaaS environment.
- Proven track record building and scaling partner programs and delivering partner-sourced revenue growth globally.
- Experience leading and developing distributed, cross-regional teams.
- Strong network of agency, system integrator, and technology partners in the digital experience / CMS / e-commerce space.
- Ability to translate global vision into executable, regionally relevant go-to-market plans and collaborate with direct sales teams in a target account model.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote-first environment and manage across time zones.
