What you will do

  • Own the global partner strategy and execution plan to drive pipeline and revenue growth across AMER, EMEA, and APAC.
  • Define and evolve the global partner program, including tiering, incentives, and enablement frameworks that scale across markets.
  • Achieve partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline and revenue targets globally; build joint business plans with top partners.
  • Recruit and enable high-value solution, agency, and system integrator partners; build a global partner enablement curriculum.
  • Lead and develop a globally distributed team of Partner Managers and regional partner leads across time zones.
  • Build executive-level relationships with partner leadership and serve as the primary escalation point for partner-related matters.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in partner management, channel sales, or alliances in a high-growth B2B SaaS environment.
  • Proven track record building and scaling partner programs and delivering partner-sourced revenue growth globally.
  • Experience leading and developing distributed, cross-regional teams.
  • Strong network of agency, system integrator, and technology partners in the digital experience / CMS / e-commerce space.
  • Ability to translate global vision into executable, regionally relevant go-to-market plans and collaborate with direct sales teams in a target account model.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote-first environment and manage across time zones.
