What you will do

• Map and prioritize the PE landscape to identify firms and funds aligned with hirify.global's GTM value.
• Build relationships with Operating Partners and Value Creation teams to establish portfolio entry.
• Develop PE-specific narratives, pilot frameworks, and ROI overviews to convert interest into structured engagements.
• Design and execute scalable activation programs such as webinars, cohorts, and workshops for portfolio companies.
• Define and track portfolio-level success metrics tied to ARR growth, GTM efficiency, and time-to-value.
• Collaborate with GTM Engineering, RevOps, and Product teams to represent PE needs and refine the playbook.

Requirements

• 6–10+ years of experience in B2B SaaS partnerships, program management, GTM strategy, or revenue operations.
• Proven experience presenting to and working with Private Equity Operating Partners or portfolio executives.
• Strong systems thinking and ability to design workflows that reduce manual effort.
• Ability to translate technical capabilities into tangible business and financial impact.
• Comfort operating in ambiguity and building new GTM motions from scratch.
• Must be based in London for a hybrid work arrangement.
