What you will do

  • Define and execute the IT roadmap aligned with business growth and compliance standards such as SOC 2 and ISO 27001.
  • Optimize Google Workspace and Microsoft Intune for device enrollment, policy enforcement, and compliance automation.
  • Administer identity and access management (IAM) systems, including Google SSO and Okta.
  • Develop automation scripts using Python, Bash, and PowerShell to streamline onboarding and offboarding.
  • Strengthen IT asset management and maintain detailed workflow documentation in Notion.
  • Collaborate with Security and DevOps on audits, vulnerability management, and incident response.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in IT administration or systems engineering in a modern, cloud-based organization.
  • Deep expertise in Google Workspace (Gmail routing, permissions, automation) and Microsoft Intune.
  • Proficiency in SSO and identity management tools like Okta or Google Identity.
  • Understanding of SOC 2 and ISO 27001 compliance frameworks and controls.
  • Familiarity with scripting languages (Python, Bash, PowerShell).
  • Must be based in Boston, MA for hybrid work.
