What you will do

• Design and configure secure, scalable infrastructure across cloud and on-premises environments.
• Administer enterprise systems, servers, and user environments, ensuring reliability and uptime.
• Develop scripts and tools to automate workflows and integrate SaaS applications via APIs.
• Manage identity and access control systems, including SSO and MFA configurations.
• Monitor system health, troubleshoot technical issues, and participate in an on-call rotation.
• Document system configurations, SOPs, and process optimization opportunities.

Requirements

• Must be based in the U.S.
• 2+ years of experience in Systems Engineering or 3-4 years in advanced IT Support.
• Proficiency in managing Mac, Windows, and Linux environments.
• Scripting experience with Python or PowerShell and building API integrations.
• Intermediate proficiency with Jamf, Workspace ONE, Google Workspace, Okta, Slack, and Atlassian.
• Understanding of disaster recovery principles and enterprise security practices.
