Salary: $130,000 - $230,000 USD

What you will do
- Establish and lead the Technology Operations function across the Americas, managing regional team growth and development.
- Own the quality and responsiveness of end-user support, ensuring effective incident management and ticket hygiene via ITSM platforms.
- Manage the full device lifecycle, including procurement, provisioning, and offboarding for all regional employees.
- Oversee office technology infrastructure, including meeting rooms, AV, and connectivity for office moves and expansions.
- Produce operational reporting to drive service improvements, resource planning, and process maturity.
- Act as the senior regional escalation point for VIP support, office incidents, and business-critical technology issues.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in Technology Operations, IT Operations, or End User Computing.
- 2+ years of experience leading, managing, or mentoring IT teams.
- Proven ability to manage onsite and remote support across multiple locations.
- Strong understanding of ITSM practices, including SLAs, incident management, and knowledge management.
- Experience using data and reporting to drive operational accountability and service improvements.
- Must be based in the US with strong stakeholder management skills for executive support.
Nice to have
- Experience building or scaling a regional IT function within a global technology company.
- Proficiency with JumpCloud, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Slack, Atlassian, or Notion.
- Experience with Jira Service Management or similar ITSM platforms.
- Exposure to compliance frameworks such as SOC 2, ISO 27001, or SOX.
- Experience supporting executive/VIP technology models and out-of-hours escalation processes.
