What you will do

• Architect and build enterprise IT systems that scale with a fast-growing global company.
• Lead identity governance programs across GCP, AWS, and GitHub Enterprise.
• Automate workflows using tools like Workato and Okta Workflows to reduce manual effort.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to solve complex business problems and deliver technology solutions.
• Own and evolve policies and procedures to ensure system security and compliance.
• Serve as a technical lifeline for the IT support team for complex escalations.

Requirements

• 8+ years of IT systems engineering experience in a fast-paced SaaS startup environment.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (E-verify utilized; no visa sponsorship available).
• Advanced knowledge of Okta for IAM, including SSO/SAML/SCIM integrations.
• Hands-on experience with GCP IAM, AWS IAM, and GitHub Enterprise administration.
• Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform or CloudFormation.
• Experience with PAM solutions and security policies regarding EDR tools.

Nice to have

• Experience with mobile device management tools such as Jamf and Intune.
• Proficiency in scripting with Bash or Python for automation.
• Experience manipulating large datasets in Excel or Google Sheets.
