What you will do

  • Serve as the primary technical interface between internal GTS teams and large-scale clients.
  • Manage technical solution delivery, ensuring alignment with Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Collaborate with cybersecurity teams to enforce data privacy and security policies for sensitive client environments.
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior executives and technical stakeholders.
  • Oversee the end-to-end software development lifecycle for client implementations.
  • Coordinate with project managers and product teams to resolve critical client-specific issues.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the United States
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • Extensive experience in technical SaaS implementations within complex information systems.
  • Proven project experience with cardholder data, data privacy, and PII.
  • Strong proficiency in both waterfall and agile project management methodologies.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for engaging with senior business and technology leaders.

Nice to have

  • PMP Project Management certification.
  • Broad technical stack experience including server, database, network, and storage.
