What you will do

• Implement and oversee enterprise and operational risk management strategies in alignment with ACPR expectations.
• Coordinate the local Risk Committee and prepare updates for the Supervisory Committee.
• Manage responses to regulatory queries and maintain internal stakeholder relationships.
• Monitor the risk profile through KRIs, incidents, and data-driven reporting.
• Strengthen risk awareness and culture across the French entity.
• Maintain and manage the Business Continuity Plan for the local entity.

Requirements

• University degree and 7+ years of experience in a Risk function, preferably in payments.
• Fluency in both French and English is critical.
• Deep knowledge of European regulations for electronic money institutions.
• Experience with enterprise risk frameworks and operational risk management.
• Strong communication skills for stakeholder management and regulatory interaction.
• Ability to use data analytics to prioritize risks and make effective judgments.
