Junior Accountant

What you will do

• Maintain and update customer master data in the ERP system.
• Reconcile sales orders and manage the end-to-end invoicing process.
• Record incoming payments and monitor accounts receivable aging.
• Support month-end revenue recognition and tax declaration preparation.
• Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success teams to resolve billing queries.
• Utilize AI-powered tools to automate and optimize accounting workflows.

Requirements

• Must be based in Paris, France and able to work on-site 4 days per week.
• Fluent in both English and French (mandatory).
• Initial experience in an accounting or finance role.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP).
• Familiarity with ERP systems and billing processes.
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.
