What you will do

• Process invoices in procurement and accounting tools like Pivot and Sage.
• Act as the primary point of contact for suppliers.
• Prepare payment vouchers and assist with accounting closing tasks.
• Support the team with prepaid expenses and unreceived invoice reconciliation.
• Participate in ad-hoc projects focused on automation and process improvement.
• Contribute to the enhancement of internal control and IT tools.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Accounting or a related field.
• Must be fluent in both French and English.
• Strong teamwork skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to commit to a 6-month internship starting from September.
