What you will do
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize lead generation from the partner ecosystem.
- Engage prospects via high-volume cold-calling (60-80 calls/day), email, and social outreach.
- Qualify leads and coordinate meetings between prospects and the Partner Sales team.
- Analyze prospect business needs to build personalized solution profiles.
- Collaborate with PAEs, Demand Gen, and CX teams to optimize growth strategies.
Requirements
- Native Spanish speaker and English proficiency (B1+).
- Previous experience in Sales, Partnerships, or Project Management.
- Tech-savvy with a strong passion for digital innovation.
- Comfortable with high-volume outbound outreach and stakeholder engagement.
- Must be located in Madrid or Barcelona.
Nice to have
- Experience with tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, Loom, Excel, or Notion.
- Background in a SaaS company or digital environment.
- Proven experience in rolling out successful outbound campaigns.
