What you will do
- Execute targeted outbound campaigns via phone and email to generate Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs).
- Develop and maintain outreach sequences and calling scripts tailored to specific prospect accounts.
- Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to drive net new pipeline revenue.
- Document prospect interactions, identify market trends, and share insights with the BDR team.
- Master the value proposition and effectively position the platform against competitors.
- Manage and update lead statuses within Salesforce and other sales tools.
Requirements
- Bachelor degree required.
- 1-2 years of BDR experience in SaaS, including cold-calling.
- Advanced level of English and German required.
- Strong business acumen and resourcefulness in a rapid-growth environment.
- Passion for cloud-based products and technology.
- Highly organized with a continuous improvement mindset.
