What you will do
- Identify and research potential customers such as experience providers, venues, and activity operators in Spain.
- Execute high-volume cold calling strategies alongside LinkedIn and email outreach.
- Qualify leads and schedule meetings for Account Executives.
- Maintain accurate lead and prospect data in the CRM.
- Provide insights on local market trends, competitor activity, and cultural preferences to the product and marketing teams.
Requirements
- Native level of Spanish and fluency in English (written and spoken).
- Strong communication, outreach, and organizational skills.
- High coachability and resilience in a fast-moving startup environment.
- Deep business curiosity and ability to tailor pitches to solve unique customer problems.
