What you will do

  • Identify and research potential customers such as experience providers, venues, and activity operators in Spain.
  • Execute high-volume cold calling strategies alongside LinkedIn and email outreach.
  • Qualify leads and schedule meetings for Account Executives.
  • Maintain accurate lead and prospect data in the CRM.
  • Provide insights on local market trends, competitor activity, and cultural preferences to the product and marketing teams.

Requirements

  • Native level of Spanish and fluency in English (written and spoken).
  • Strong communication, outreach, and organizational skills.
  • High coachability and resilience in a fast-moving startup environment.
  • Deep business curiosity and ability to tailor pitches to solve unique customer problems.
  • Passion for the experience economy and travel.
