TL;DR

Sales Development Representative (SaaS): Identifying prospects and generating new sales opportunities for a compliance platform with an accent on outbound efforts and market expansion. Focus on designing prospecting strategies, organizing client meetings, and managing the lead pipeline via HubSpot.

Location: Hybrid (Madrid, Spain) — 4 days onsite, 1 day work from home

Salary: €29,100 – €30,300 base + uncapped commission

What you will do

  • Generate new sales opportunities through outbound efforts in the Portuguese/Italian markets.
  • Identify and contact potential customers to organize client meetings.
  • Act as the first point of contact and brand ambassador for potential clients.
  • Design and execute prospecting strategies to set up meetings for Account Executives.
  • Maintain accurate interaction records in HubSpot CRM.

Requirements

  • Native proficiency in Portuguese.
  • Professional proficiency in English.
  • Strong communication skills for phone, email, and LinkedIn engagement.
  • Ability to manage multiple leads and priorities effectively.
  • Must be based in or able to work from the Madrid office.
