What you will do
- Own the full sales cycle from initial prospecting and qualification to final negotiation and closing.
- Manage and forecast sales pipeline to ensure consistent attainment of quarterly and annual revenue targets.
- Develop deep expertise in testing and automation solutions to effectively communicate business value to enterprise clients.
- Partner with Pre-Sales, Customer Growth, and Marketing teams to ensure alignment and deliver exceptional customer outcomes.
- Engage with C-level and technical stakeholders to influence strategic decision-making.
- Contribute insights to shape go-to-market strategies and customer engagement approaches.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in software sales, including at least 1 year in enterprise SaaS.
- Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas in complex environments.
- Strong proficiency in pipeline management, forecasting, and CRM tools like Salesforce, Clari, or Outreach.
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business outcomes.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without employer-sponsored work visas.
