Location: Must be based in Ireland or the Czech Republic (Hybrid in Dublin/Prague or remote within these countries).

What you will do

  • Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing net-new enterprise customers.
  • Understand prospect needs and articulate the value and ROI of the platform.
  • Present to C-suite executives and navigate multiple decision-makers within organizations.
  • Negotiate contracts with legal and security teams.
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasts and CRM hygiene in Salesforce.
  • Collaborate effectively with Sales Development and Marketing teams to progress opportunities.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of successful experience in a sales role, preferably in SaaS.
  • Fluency in German or French is required.
  • Proven experience in a hunting sales role managing the full sales cycle.
  • Proficiency in value-based and consultative selling methodologies like MEDDIC or Challenger.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to articulate ROI.
