Account Manager (Telco): Driving sales and strategic partnerships with telecom carriers across the DACH region with an accent on channel development, enterprise customer acquisition, and long-term relationship management. Focus on executing complex sales cycles, conducting product demonstrations, and collaborating with technical pre-sales teams to expand market presence for mobile and IoT management solutions.
Location: Must be based in the DACH region (Germany, Austria, or Switzerland) with regular onsite visits to partner locations required.

What you will do
- Develop and manage strategic relationships with telecom carriers across the DACH region.
- Drive new enterprise customer acquisition by working closely with carrier partners.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for product updates, pricing, and enablement resources.
- Manage the full sales cycle, including demonstrations, quoting, negotiation, and closing deals.
- Conduct regular business reviews to assess performance and identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with technical pre-sales teams to ensure successful solution testing and implementation.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in partner management, channel sales, or business development within the telecom industry.
- Proven success in developing and executing sales strategies with large telecom partners.
- Fluent English and German are required.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.
- Experience working with Salesforce or similar CRM systems.
- Ability to travel regularly for onsite partner visits and regional events.
