Location: Must be based in the DACH region (Germany, Austria, or Switzerland) with regular onsite visits to partner locations required.

What you will do

  • Develop and manage strategic relationships with telecom carriers across the DACH region.
  • Drive new enterprise customer acquisition by working closely with carrier partners.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for product updates, pricing, and enablement resources.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, including demonstrations, quoting, negotiation, and closing deals.
  • Conduct regular business reviews to assess performance and identify growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with technical pre-sales teams to ensure successful solution testing and implementation.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in partner management, channel sales, or business development within the telecom industry.
  • Proven success in developing and executing sales strategies with large telecom partners.
  • Fluent English and German are required.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.
  • Experience working with Salesforce or similar CRM systems.
  • Ability to travel regularly for onsite partner visits and regional events.
