What you will do

  • Identify and develop new global distribution and channel partners for smart glasses.
  • Analyze target groups, prioritize regions/verticals, and conduct competitor analysis.
  • Manage partner onboarding and negotiate sustainable contracts.
  • Plan and execute partner-enabled market launches.
  • Drive partner performance through co-marketing and co-branding campaigns.
  • Monitor and report on indirect sales performance to optimize strategies.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in partner/channel management, indirect sales, or business development, ideally in tech or consumer electronics.
  • Expertise in market analysis, network building, and opportunity spotting.
  • Know-how in partnership outreach, onboarding, and contract negotiation.
  • Experience with B2B2C or distribution-focused product launches.
  • Strong communication skills in German and English are required.
  • Proactive, organized mindset with strong commercial drive.

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of marketing, co-branding projects, or event management.
  • Additional language skills beyond English and German.
