Channel Account Manager (Cybersecurity): Owning and expanding a portfolio of channel partners (VARs, MSSPs, distributors) in the DACH region to drive net-new revenue with an accent on joint go-to-market strategies. Focus on recruiting new partners, managing the full partner sales motion from qualification to close, and scaling the company's presence in German-speaking markets.

Location: Remote (Must be based in Germany)

Compensation: OTE €150K – €190K + Equity

What you will do

  • Manage and grow relationships with German-speaking channel partners, including VARs, distributors, and MSSPs.
  • Develop and execute joint go-to-market plans, sales plays, and enablement campaigns.
  • Recruit, onboard, and enable additional partners across the DACH territory to extend market impact.
  • Drive partner-sourced and influenced pipeline through joint account planning and regional activities.
  • Collaborate with Regional Sales and Marketing teams to execute co-selling and co-marketing strategies.
  • Run quarterly business reviews (QBRs) and provide partner feedback to influence the product roadmap.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in channel sales within cybersecurity, InfoSec, or B2B SaaS.
  • Proven success in building and monetizing strategic reseller relationships in the DACH region.
  • Demonstrated track record of exceeding revenue targets through partner-influenced deals.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce (SFDC) and sales tools like Outreach or LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Fluency in English and German.
  • Must be based in Germany; available for up to 40% travel within the DACH/EMEA region.
