A rapidly growing international scale-up building an intelligent logistics platform for freight forwarders and customs brokers.
What you will do
- Own the entire implementation cycle from signed-to-live for enterprise customers.
- Lead technical discovery sessions to align on functional requirements and operational design.
- Manage and execute integrations using APIs and EDI standards in collaboration with technical teams.
- Perform hands-on troubleshooting of data pipelines, logs, and system configurations.
- Lead User Acceptance Testing and ensure successful go-live execution.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts between Sales, Product, and Support teams.
Requirements
- Significant experience in implementation or project management within a SaaS environment.
- Strong technical skills to manage API and EDI integrations.
- Ability to analyze logs, payloads, and error responses for root cause identification.
- Excellent interpersonal skills for managing stakeholders at all organizational levels.
- Sound business judgment and decision-making abilities.
- Experience in the Freight Forwarding industry is a plus.
