What you will do

  • Own the entire implementation cycle from signed-to-live for enterprise customers.
  • Lead technical discovery sessions to align on functional requirements and operational design.
  • Manage and execute integrations using APIs and EDI standards in collaboration with technical teams.
  • Perform hands-on troubleshooting of data pipelines, logs, and system configurations.
  • Lead User Acceptance Testing and ensure successful go-live execution.
  • Coordinate cross-functional efforts between Sales, Product, and Support teams.

Requirements

  • Significant experience in implementation or project management within a SaaS environment.
  • Strong technical skills to manage API and EDI integrations.
  • Ability to analyze logs, payloads, and error responses for root cause identification.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills for managing stakeholders at all organizational levels.
  • Sound business judgment and decision-making abilities.
  • Experience in the Freight Forwarding industry is a plus.
