Location: Must be based in or able to commute to Central London for hybrid work (2-3 days per week)

Salary: Up to £90,000 + Equity

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end client implementations from discovery through to go-live and adoption.
• Manage multiple concurrent client projects, ensuring delivery against timelines and objectives.
• Own and develop the customer support function to drive service quality.
• Translate business requirements into clear delivery plans and actionable workstreams.
• Act as the primary point of coordination between clients, delivery teams, and internal stakeholders.
• Identify and implement opportunities to improve delivery processes, automation, and scalability.

Requirements

• Must have the right to work in the UK (no sponsorship available).
• Strong background in project, programme, or delivery management.
• Experience delivering SaaS, fintech, data, or technology implementation projects.
• Solid understanding of software products, platforms, and data-driven solutions.
• Experience working within financial services or investment management sectors.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and competing priorities effectively.

Nice to have

• Experience building or improving delivery and support functions.
• Background as a Programme Manager looking to step up.
