What you will do

• Own end-to-end client implementations from kickoff to live platform configuration.
• Manage project milestones, dependencies, and action points while keeping stakeholders informed.
• Configure hirify.globalefits, eligibility rules, integrations, and data feeds within the platform.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with clients, handling queries and resolving issues.
• Provide actionable product feedback to engineering teams based on client limitations.
• Utilize AI tools to automate repetitive delivery tasks and improve operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Must be based in London and able to work in a hybrid environment.
• Proven experience in customer-facing implementation, onboarding, or technology change projects.
• Strong project management skills with experience running structured UAT.
• Technical acumen including hands-on experience with software configuration, APIs, and data mapping.
• Ability to thrive with autonomy and take ownership of complex, ambiguous challenges.
• AI-native mindset with a habit of using AI to enhance work quality and communication.
