What you will do

• Lead, manage, and coordinate the Presales Engineering team throughout the sales and post-sale lifecycle.
• Design complex systems and draft technical proposals, SOWs, and drawings for clients and system integrators.
• Manage demo inventory, proof of concepts (POCs), and product presentations both onsite and online.
• Coordinate technical responses to RFP/RFI tenders in collaboration with Sales teams.
• Represent the company at industry events, tradeshows, and panels, managing product configuration and testing.
• Champion Knowledge-Centered Service (KCS) principles and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, SW/EE engineering, or computer science.
• 5+ years of combined sales, sales engineering, or presales experience.
• 3+ years of people management experience.
• Strong understanding of the Broadcast/Media technology market.
• Technical expertise in IP technologies (TCP/UDP, VLAN, PTP) and media standards (ST 2110, AES67).
• Willingness to travel approximately 50% of the time and proximity to a major airport.

Nice to have

• KCS v6 Practices certification.
• Proficiency in Salesforce, Jira, and Confluence.
• Certifications in Cisco, Arista, or NETGEAR.
• Fluency in Spanish, French, or German.
