What you will do

• Provide technical support and maintenance for broadcast production studios and control rooms.
• Support virtualization and cloud initiatives for both on-premise and cloud-based production systems.
• Monitor system health, latency, and availability to ensure seamless production operations.
• Resolve support requests and manage tasks via ticketing systems.
• Perform preventative maintenance on production technology infrastructure.
• Assist the projects team with technology refreshes and system expansions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or a related field.
• 1+ years of experience supporting television production, streaming, or master control environments.
• Proficiency in both Linux and Windows operating systems.
• Must be able to attend an in-person interview in Miami, FL.

Nice to have

• Understanding of AWS/Azure architecture and core services.
• Programming experience in Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
• Experience with systems monitoring tools like Datadog, Op5, or New Relic.
