Salary: $140,000 - $170,000

What you will do

• Lead and mentor a technical support engineering team responsible for live television production environments.
• Oversee the technical performance and maintenance of studios, control rooms, and associated broadcast equipment.
• Manage support workflows, including tracking reliability tickets and maintenance schedules using Jira.
• Develop and maintain disaster recovery procedures and training resources for the team.
• Coordinate cross-functional collaboration between engineering teams and production partners.
• Ensure optimal facility coverage, including availability for after-hours escalations and major events.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Film Production, Broadcasting, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience supporting live television production environments.
• 2+ years of management or supervisory experience with performance feedback responsibilities.
• Must be available to work evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidays as required by production schedules.
• Must be available after-hours for team escalations at all times.
• Proficiency in broadcasting IP space and production environment technologies.
