AV Support Services Lead (Audiovisual)

What you will do

• Lead and supervise an on-site AV team of four, managing scheduling, performance, and training.
• Act as the primary technical escalation point for complex AV equipment and system issues.
• Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and break/fix repairs for advanced AV and multimedia systems.
• Interface with client executives and stakeholders to ensure meeting room functionality and support.
• Track and report on AV ticket metrics to ensure service level agreements are met.
• Collaborate with internal engineering teams and equipment manufacturers to resolve complex technical challenges.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in enterprise-level AV support.
• Must be able to work a Sunday – Friday schedule.
• Advanced knowledge of AV signal flow, control systems, networking, and camera systems.
• Proficiency with Crestron and standard office software like MS Excel and Outlook.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and perform physical tasks like climbing ladders or working in cramped spaces.
• Must pass a background screen and drug test.

Nice to have

• AVIXA CTS, QSYS, SHURE, or Dante certifications.
• Prior experience in staff or team management.
• Competencies in AutoCAD or Visio for reading rack layouts and cabling diagrams.
• Experience with Cisco TMS, Control Hub, or Crestron Fusion software.
