Compensation: $130,000 - $150,000 yearly

What you will do

• Act as the primary liaison between Production, Engineering, and Technical Operations teams.
• Lead technical planning and operational readiness for live, studio, remote (REMI), and streaming productions.
• Provide technical leadership and hands-on support across control room, transmission, and digital environments.
• Partner with engineering teams to support system enhancements and workflow modernization.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to increase reliability and optimize production costs.
• Manage technical vendors, budgets, and production resources.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in broadcast operations, streaming media, or technical production.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Universal City, California.
• Proven success supporting complex live productions across broadcast, streaming, and remote environments.
• Strong knowledge of production systems, engineering infrastructure, and transmission workflows.
• Experience with REMI, cloud-based, and hybrid production models.
• Demonstrated ability to bridge technical and operational teams.

Nice to have

• Experience within sports, entertainment, or news production environments.
• Expertise with Vizrt and Spyder systems.
• Experience leading workflow transformation and technology modernization initiatives.
