What you will do

• Manage the full product life cycle from concept to launch in collaboration with R&D, Services, and Support.
• Define and document commercial requirements based on customer engagement and market analysis.
• Establish prioritized backlogs, roadmaps, and release cycles.
• Work with Sales and Marketing to drive product positioning, pricing, and commercialization activities.
• Ensure alignment between product vision and technical architecture.
• Validate the feasibility and scalability of solutions with architects and developers.

Requirements

• 5 to 10+ years of Product Owner experience.
• Must be based in Toronto or Montréal.
• Demonstrated success bringing software products to market in the payment space.
• Strong knowledge of US and Canadian payment ecosystems.
• University degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.
• Capacity to travel once per quarter.

• Experience with large retail, quick service restaurants, and tier one merchants.
