What you will do

• Define and govern the multi-year portfolio vision and roadmap for DB Pension and Group Annuity solutions across North America.
• Establish portfolio-level investment priorities, balancing innovation, regulatory compliance, and operational sustainability.
• Drive standardization and reuse across platforms to reduce fragmentation and manage product risk.
• Provide oversight for large-scale client migrations, platform upgrades, and modernization programs.
• Act as a senior product leader for executive stakeholders across Technology, Delivery, Operations, and Sales.
• Ensure portfolio strategies align with regulatory, audit, privacy, and security requirements in Canada and the US.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Portfolio Management, or Platform Leadership.
• Demonstrated experience in Defined Benefit Pension, Group Annuity, insurance, or regulated financial services.
• Proven success leading multi-product portfolios in complex, enterprise environments.
• Experience overseeing modernization and large-scale migration programs for legacy platforms.
• Strong familiarity with North American regulatory and compliance environments.
• Executive-level communication and stakeholder influence skills within matrixed organizations.

Nice to have

• Experience working with public and private sector clients.
• Background partnering closely with Architecture or Technology leadership.
• Experience defining governance models across product portfolios.
