What you will do

• Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing team of 6–10 product managers, including people managers.
• Define and execute the multi-year product strategy for foundational loan systems and global money movement infrastructure.
• Serve as the executive-level subject matter expert on payment rails, settlement flows, and loan lifecycle mechanics.
• Drive cross-functional alignment between Engineering, Accounting, Treasury, Legal, and Compliance.
• Develop platform strategies to standardize loan behaviors and unlock rapid international expansion.
• Define and monitor platform health metrics, including settlement success rates and reconciliation coverage.

Requirements

• 10+ years of product management experience, with 3–5 years managing PM teams (including people managers).
• Deep expertise in lending systems and loan lifecycle mechanics.
• Significant experience in payments infrastructure, money movement, and financial operations.
• Strong technical fluency in data models and API design.
• Proven track record of executing long-term platform strategy in ambiguous environments.
• Must be based in Canada

Nice to have

• Experience in BNPL, platform products, or backend infrastructure.
• Background in capital markets.
• Proficiency with AI-assisted tools like Claude or Cursor.
