Salary: $65,000 - $400,000 (base pay + uncapped commission)

What you will do

  • Drive revenue through proactive prospecting and managing existing customer accounts.
  • Interact with prospects via phone, email, and occasional on-site visits.
  • Work cross-functionally with Purchasing and Business Development teams to maximize opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Marketing to identify and develop new areas of business.
  • Educate customers on the current state of the hardware market to support supply chain efficiency.

Requirements

  • Must be based in or able to work from Boston, MA.
  • 2-5 years of experience in a B2B sales position.
  • Proficiency with standard business tools and sales technology like HubSpot and Sales Navigator.
  • Graduate of a 4-year university.
  • High-energy, persistent, and driven to succeed in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

  • Prior industry experience in electronic components distribution.
