What you will do

  • Engage with inbound leads via calls, emails, and LinkedIn messages.
  • Prospect outbound to identify and create new opportunities for the sales team.
  • Qualify and nurture leads to meet or exceed opportunity quotas.
  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions in Salesforce.
  • Prepare handoff documentation for Account Managers.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales Enablement, and Field Sales teams.

Requirements

  • Must be located in or willing to travel to the Milwaukee office
  • 6+ months of sales experience.
  • Strong empathy for prospects’ challenges and a genuine desire to help.
  • Intellectual curiosity and a growth mindset.
  • Resilience in the face of objections and the ability to stay motivated.
  • Team player who thrives in a collaborative, high-energy environment.
