What you will do
- Conduct outbound calls to qualified leads to identify trading needs and investment objectives.
- Educate prospects on investment accounts and CFD products to facilitate conversion.
- Use consultative selling techniques to address client objections and provide solutions.
- Coordinate with Account Opening and Compliance teams to ensure efficient application processing.
- Meet daily activity targets and conversion KPIs, specifically app-to-first-trade rates.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline tracking for performance monitoring.
Requirements
- Minimum 6 months of telephone sales experience in a goal-oriented environment.
- Fluent in French and English (written and verbal).
- Active interest in and working knowledge of financial markets.
- Ability to explain complex financial products clearly.
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, regulated environment.
- Strong time management skills and ability to work independently.
