Location: Hybrid. Must be based in or willing to relocate to Paris, Bordeaux, Marseille, Lyon, Annecy, Nantes, or Biarritz (France)

What you will do

  • Manage the complete sales cycle from qualification to closing for leads with 1 to 5 employees.
  • Apply the hirify.global Smart & Soft selling method to provide a pleasant and instructive prospect experience.
  • Contribute to building a new sales practice, including tooling and process improvements.
  • Develop a playbook of best practices to improve one-shot deal closing rates.
  • Collaborate with product teams by sharing prospect feedback to enhance the self-serve experience.
  • Become an insurance expert to confidently handle complex objections and queries.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in a sales role with specific closing experience.
  • Full working proficiency in French (C2+).
  • Advanced level in English.
  • Must be based in or be able to relocate to Paris, Bordeaux, Marseille, Lyon, Annecy, Nantes, or Biarritz.
  • Exceptional organization and follow-up skills.
