What you will do
- Achieve new business revenue targets for the European region.
- Consistently develop and manage a sales pipeline across the assigned territory.
- Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and user conferences.
- Analyze market potential and maintain deep knowledge of the treasury industry and competitors.
- Collaborate with management and the sales team to create competitive strategies.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in New Business SaaS Sales, specifically within enterprise Fintech or Treasury Management Systems.
- Proven track record of top sales performance and independent pipeline generation.
- Strong consultative, value-based selling skills.
- Fluency in French is required.
- Ability to travel 25-50% of the time.
- Must be based in Europe to support the hybrid office model.
