Location: Must be based in or able to commute to Paris, France (Hybrid: minimum 2 days/week in-office)

What you will do
- Lead high-velocity digital onboarding for new SMB clients within their first 90 days.
- Execute scalable communication strategies, including webinars and campaigns, to drive user activation.
- Monitor account health data to proactively identify and resolve low-engagement issues.
- Manage the full commercial renewal cycle and identify upselling opportunities within your portfolio.
- Collaborate with the SMB Sales team to ensure seamless client handovers and playbook development.
Requirements
- 1+ year of experience in sales or client-facing roles.
- Native-level proficiency in French and fluency in English.
- Must be based in or able to commute to Paris for hybrid work.
- Proactive mindset with a passion for building processes in a new market environment.
- Strong communication skills and motivation by outbound activity and targets.
- Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce is a plus.
