Focus on building the French market presence from the ground up, driving user activation, and managing the full renewal cycle for B2B accounts.

Location: Must be based in or able to commute to Paris, France (Hybrid: minimum 2 days/week in-office)

What you will do

  • Lead high-velocity digital onboarding for new SMB clients within their first 90 days.
  • Execute scalable communication strategies, including webinars and campaigns, to drive user activation.
  • Monitor account health data to proactively identify and resolve low-engagement issues.
  • Manage the full commercial renewal cycle and identify upselling opportunities within your portfolio.
  • Collaborate with the SMB Sales team to ensure seamless client handovers and playbook development.

Requirements

  • 1+ year of experience in sales or client-facing roles.
  • Native-level proficiency in French and fluency in English.
  • Must be based in or able to commute to Paris for hybrid work.
  • Proactive mindset with a passion for building processes in a new market environment.
  • Strong communication skills and motivation by outbound activity and targets.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce is a plus.
