TL;DR

Partner Sales Executive (Wellness): Identifying, pitching, and closing partnerships with wellness providers to expand the network in France with an accent on B2B outbound activity and strategic positioning. Focus on building a partner ecosystem from scratch and negotiating high-quality provider agreements.

Location: Hybrid in Paris, France (minimum 2 days per week in-office)

What you will do

  • Identify and engage decision-makers at gyms, boutiques, and wellness studios across France.
  • Lead outbound activities including cold calling, video meetings, and social selling to grow the partner network.
  • Communicate hirify.global's value proposition and drive strategic positioning with local partners.
  • Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements to rapidly grow the provider network.
  • Manage the onboarding and handover process for new partners.
  • Provide market feedback and regional insights to shape the supply strategy.

Requirements

  • 1+ year of experience in high-volume B2B sales or the fitness industry.
  • Native-level proficiency in French and fluency in English.
  • Experience in startups or new market environments is a significant advantage.
  • Must be based in Paris, France to support a hybrid work model.
  • Strong motivation for target-driven outbound activity and professional networking.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce.
