Salary: $119,800 – $304,200 per year (range varies by location and level).

What you will do

• Develop and execute the LLM platform strategy to extend Copilot capabilities.
• Prototype approaches to steer language models and drive response quality.
• Identify and resolve platform, orchestration, and model issues related to safety and factuality.
• Define and deploy measurable evaluations using relevant datasets.
• Manage production experiments to improve tool use, relevance, and user engagement.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to scale tool building and resolve technical dependencies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree and 5+ years of product management experience.
• 3+ years of experience leading ambiguous product areas and multi-disciplinary teams.
• 2+ years of experience building ML-powered or LLM-powered products.
• Hands-on experience with LLM APIs, embeddings, vector databases, and tool use.
• Proficiency in prompt design, context window management, and model evaluation.

Nice to have

• Experience building retrieval or recommendation systems with data-driven experimentation.
• Familiarity with agent and orchestration frameworks.
• Technical depth in software development, data science, and machine learning.
