Salary: $130,000 – $170,000

What you will do

• Define and execute the strategy for migrating and consolidating prompts across the AI platform.
• Own the technical prioritization queue for the chatbot and AI-driven features.
• Drive architectural decisions for the future state of the AI platform.
• Manage the OpenAI relationship and oversee the presence in the ChatGPT store.
• Collaborate with engineering, data, and operations teams to ensure seamless execution.
• Evaluate emerging technologies like voicebots and computer use for potential investment.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a technical role such as forward deployed engineering or technical product management.
• Proven track record of delivering scalable, production-grade products.
• Deep passion and curiosity for modern AI systems and LLMs.
• Strong systems thinking with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.
• Proficiency in SQL and ability to dive into data to validate hypotheses.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience with prompt engineering workflows.
• Familiarity with technical stacks like Propelix, Botly, or similar CRM/AI infrastructure.
• Experience in fast-paced startup environments.
