• Drive the creation of world-class AI applications for consumers and business results.
• Own a product area, defining requirements and managing end-to-end development, launches, and iterations.
• Translate business goals into strategy, UX, and technical requirements.
• Collaborate with UX, Data Science, Engineering, and AI Research teams.
• Define goals and performance indicators, overseeing experiments and measuring success with data.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree and 8+ years of experience in product/program management or software development.
• Must be based in or able to commute to Redmond, United States.
• Proven ability to operate in fast-paced, customer-first product development cycles.

Nice to have

• 5+ years experience in Advertising technology, focusing on audiences, profiling, and data collection.
• Deep knowledge of identity graphs and signal maximization for personalization.
• 7+ years of experience building Ads products.
• 3+ years building platform products such as audience platforms or user profiles.
