Senior Staff Product Manager (AI): Designing and scaling the Member & AI Experience surface, including conversational AI, homepage, and community, with an accent on LLM and agentic systems. Location: Remote (US). Must be based in the USA. Strong preference for San Francisco, CA. Hybrid requirements: onsite 3 days/week for NYC-based or quarterly Work Together Days for SF/Seattle-based employees.
Salary: $245,000–$340,000 per year

What you will do
- Own the member experience surface, including conversational AI, homepage, and community touchpoints.
- Develop the AI and conversational experience layer for proactive guidance and navigation.
- Design the agentic product architecture for member-facing interactions and escalations.
- Implement an eval-driven development workflow with high-velocity quality metrics for AI outputs.
- Manage the community roadmap to drive engagement among members.
- Partner with clinical product teams (Maternity, Fertility) to ensure a coherent AI experience across programs.
Requirements
- 7+ years in product management with direct experience building consumer-facing products and conversational AI or agentic systems.
- Must be based in the USA.
- Deep technical fluency in prompt engineering, eval frameworks, RAG, and agent orchestration.
- Strong data skills for engagement instrumentation and AI quality metrics.
- Ability to ship 0-to-1 products at high velocity with a focus on iteration.
- Clinical empathy and rigor regarding AI-generated health guidance.
