What you will do

• Lead 0→1 AI products from ambiguity to real-world testing using fast build-measure-learn cycles.
• Design novel agentic experiences that transform linear workflows into native, AI-driven journeys.
• Partner with engineers, designers, and applied scientists to co-create prototypes and iterate based on customer feedback.
• Define success metrics, instrument experiences, and design A/B tests to evaluate AI quality and business impact.
• Drive productionization of successful prototypes, specifying requirements for reliability, latency, and safety.
• Lead cross-functional alignment on vision, roadmap, and responsible AI practices including bias mitigation and privacy.

Requirements

• 5+ years in a product management role leading consumer experiences end-to-end.
• Strong AI product fluency with understanding of LLMs and agentic patterns like reasoning, planning, and tool use.
• Proven 0→1 builder comfortable moving from problem framing to live product quickly.
• Hands-on experience with prototyping, AI tools, and experimentation.
• Strategic thinker capable of defining vision and working with technical constraints like APIs and data pipelines.
• Champion of responsible AI with interest in safety, privacy, and compliance.
