Location: Must be based in the UK or Ireland (London office available for hybrid work).

What you will do

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Solution Consultants to foster collaboration and continuous growth.
  • Support regional leadership in defining and executing go-to-market plans aligned with business priorities.
  • Guide customer conversations by providing technical and business insight to demonstrate solution value.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
  • Ensure consistency and quality in solution design, proposals, and demonstrations to improve win rates.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and competitive developments to keep the team ahead of the curve.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the UK or Ireland.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical field or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in Solutions Consulting, Presales, or Technical Sales.
  • Proven success in leading or mentoring technical teams.
  • Strong understanding of AI, CCaaS, Customer Experience, and Digital Engagement domains.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts.
