What you will do
- Lead workstreams across customer engagement and loyalty transformation, from vision definition to launch planning.
- Design and optimize loyalty programs and CRM-enabled customer journeys that drive retention and long-term value.
- Collaborate with technology and data teams to guide platform selection, strategy, and governance.
- Translate business objectives into clear requirements, capabilities, and transformation roadmaps.
- Serve as a primary client contact, ensuring alignment on delivery and project outcomes.
- Contribute to business development and thought leadership to grow the practice.
Requirements
- Must be based in or able to work from the London office.
- Proven experience in consulting, industry, or agency roles focused on customer engagement, loyalty, and CRM.
- Strong understanding of loyalty mechanics, marketing enablement, and activation strategies.
- Hands-on experience designing customer journeys, segmentation, and loyalty propositions.
- Familiarity with marketing technology platforms such as Salesforce, Adobe, Antavo, Talon.One, or Eagle Eye.
- Ability to balance high-level strategy with practical, real-world delivery considerations.
Nice to have
- Experience in industries such as retail, consumer products, travel, hospitality, financial services, or telco.
- Deep expertise across multiple loyalty, membership, and CX platforms.
