What you will do

  • Reach out to potential clients via calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
  • Qualify prospects and book meetings for the Account Executive team.
  • Consistently meet activity targets to maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
  • Maintain accurate records and data within the CRM.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to refine outreach campaigns.
  • Stay informed on market trends to optimize sales techniques.

Requirements

  • Native Spanish proficiency required.
  • Good level of English required.
  • Proactive, coachable, and motivated to build a career in sales.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Resilience and a positive attitude toward cold outreach.

Nice to have

  • Previous customer-facing experience in retail, hospitality, or service sectors.
  • Background in business studies or sales.
