What you will do
- Identify, engage, and cultivate prospective partner relationships within key sectors
- Build strategic partnerships by engaging key decision makers
- Pro-actively manage end-to-end sales cycle and progress pipeline of opportunities
- Support partners with products/services and liaise with internal teams for timely delivery
- Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance partnerships and business retention
- Maintain daily activity levels, CRM integrity, and key business metrics
Requirements
- Fluent in both English & Spanish
- Successful track record in identifying, engaging, and developing new business opportunities and long-term relationships
- Ability to identify pain points and position money transfer solutions for various businesses
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and influencing skills
- Problem-solving skills, handling objections, and providing solution-based outcomes
- Self-motivated, resilient, with strong organisational and time management skills
Nice to have
- Industry experience in wealth management, financial services, SaaS, property, accounting, or legal
- Previous experience in Real Estate, Legal, Wealth Management, or Notary sectors
