Account Executive (B2B): Driving revenue growth for the hirify.global for Business unit by managing Mid-Market and Enterprise accounts with an accent on consultative selling and deal execution. Location: Hybrid role (must be based in the US)

Salary: $120,000 OTE (plus uncapped commissions)

What you will do

  • Drive new business revenue within your territory to meet and exceed quarterly targets.
  • Manage the full deal cycle and pipeline creation using MEDDIC-style methodologies.
  • Identify and multi-thread key stakeholders within Mid-Market and Enterprise segments.
  • Execute creative outreach strategies to ensure high-quality pipeline generation.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Partners, and Operations teams to ensure strategic alignment.
  • Maintain CRM hygiene and accurate forecasting for all managed accounts.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales (SaaS, Media, or Entertainment preferred).
  • Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong negotiation skills and confidence in engaging with senior stakeholders.
  • Fluency in English is required.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
  • Experience with MEDDIC or SPIN sales methodologies.
