What you will do

  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with board-level and executive stakeholders.
  • Lead discovery calls to identify business continuity needs and align them with software resilience solutions.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, including qualification, pipeline management, and closing new business.
  • Develop and execute detailed account plans to maximize growth and client retention.
  • Utilize Salesforce to maintain accurate forecasting and reporting of account activity.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with technical, legal, and finance teams to ensure successful delivery.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in full-cycle enterprise-level account management and strategic sales.
  • Ability to influence and engage senior-level stakeholders internally and externally.
  • Proficiency in strategic sales forecasting and account planning methodologies.
  • Strong understanding of professional integrity and engagement protocols in high-stakes environments.
  • Must be able to work in a hybrid capacity in Alpharetta, USA.

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of the technology, software, and cloud industry.
  • Familiarity with regulated verticals such as finance or energy.
  • Experience using LinkedIn for prospecting and customer engagement.
