What you will do
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with board-level and executive stakeholders.
- Lead discovery calls to identify business continuity needs and align them with software resilience solutions.
- Manage the full sales cycle, including qualification, pipeline management, and closing new business.
- Develop and execute detailed account plans to maximize growth and client retention.
- Utilize Salesforce to maintain accurate forecasting and reporting of account activity.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with technical, legal, and finance teams to ensure successful delivery.
Requirements
- Proven experience in full-cycle enterprise-level account management and strategic sales.
- Ability to influence and engage senior-level stakeholders internally and externally.
- Proficiency in strategic sales forecasting and account planning methodologies.
- Strong understanding of professional integrity and engagement protocols in high-stakes environments.
- Must be able to work in a hybrid capacity in Alpharetta, USA.
